How your order moves (logistics flow)
1) Order placed
You receive an order confirmation email.

We locate items, verify condition/edition, and confirm quantities.

3) Secure packing
Protective mailers/boxes to reduce corner damage in transit.

4) Dispatch & carrier handoff
Label created, parcel handed to the carrier. Tracking (if applicable) is sent.

5) Delivery
Final-mile delivery to your address.

Processing & dispatch
- Processing time: typically 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
- Order cut-off: orders placed late evening may be processed the next business day.
- Address accuracy: please ensure your delivery address is correct before checkout.

Shipping costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight/size and destination.

Tracking & delivery updates
- If tracking is included, you’ll receive a tracking link by email after dispatch.
- Carrier scans may take up to 24 hours to appear after label creation.
Damaged, missing, or delayed parcels
- Damaged items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
- Marked as delivered but not received: check safe place/neighbours and contact us within 48 hours.
- Delays: weather, peak seasons, and carrier network issues can cause delays beyond estimates.
Undeliverable / returned to sender
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund the item value minus shipping/handling costs.
